Pow Wow Pitch has announced the opening of its eighth annual competition to Indigenous entrepreneurs across Turtle Island. The competition is presented in partnership with RBC, Shopify, and Mastercard and offers more than $200,000 in cash prizes.
On April 29th, Pow Wow Pitch, North America’s premier business pitch competition for Indigenous entrepreneurs, presented in partnership with RBC, Shopify, and Mastercard, announced Angie Gillette, Owner and Founder of White Corn Wear from the Great MHA Nation of North Dakota, as the 2023 Pow Wow Pitch Gathering of Nations Winner. Angie has won $1,000 and is advancing to the Turtle Island Pow Wow Pitch Finals for a chance to win $25,000 to grow her business.
On September 7, 2022, Pow Wow Pitch, North America’s premier pitch competition for Indigenous entrepreneurs, presented in partnership with RBC, Shopify, Meta and Mastercard, announced Dakota Sipie, the Tootinaowaziibeeng First Nation Founder of Sipie’s Mobile Wash from Grandview, Manitoba as the 2022 Pow Wow Pitch B2B Services Winner. Dakota has won $1,000 and is advancing to the Finals for a chance to win $25,000 to grow his business.

Jody has won $1,000 and is advancing to the Finals for a chance to win $25,000 to grow his business.
Through Pow Wow Pitch, Indigenous vendors, artists and entrepreneurs from Canada and the United States can pitch their businesses and business ideas virtually and live at pow wows and Indigenous festivals for their chance to join the Pow Wow Pitch Accelerator program and win more than $200,000 in cash prizes.
